To replace a customer's card, you will need the customer's account and a new customer card.
Edit the customer's account and open the New Card tab.

Fill the Replacement Card field by scanning the new customer card.

Click Save to make the new card active. The new card will now be associated with the account, and the old card will no longer be usable.
