Webstore Product Review

The Webstore Product Review dashboard is a combination of widgets: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focused metric tables and graphic displays of your data.  The data displayed on the dashboard is intended to give you insight into how your customers review your products. You will be able to view product reviews by filtering on various groupings, and compare the volumes of reviews and ratings between two different date ranges.

It is important to note that the data considered begins with the date on the heading panel of the dashboard, under Earliest Review Date.  This means that your metrics and filtered data will start with the data on this date.

You will see a link to this document in the top of the dashboard, under the heading Dashboard Help.

KPIs

The overall key performance indicators are straightforward and will respond to the dashboard level filters. You will see the number of reviews and the average rating, based on the dashboard filters. You may want to see ratings for a particular product grouping and then filter further to specific items - start here to capture the high level KPIS and see more details further down on the dashboard.

The first section of graphics will show you the trends of reviews & ratings over the course of the date ranges you have selected. First you will see how the ratings correlate with the numbers of reviews, and next to that graphic is a ratio of reviews that are verified purchases vs. those that are not verified. You may wish to filter the dashboard to view only verified purchases - you can do this with the dashboard level filter to the right. The pie charts will continue to show you the ratio between verified & not verified - the rest of the dashboard will reflect your filtered choice.

The next set of graphics list the products you have selected in the dashboard filters and will show you the reviews and ratings in the aggregate to compare the results in your date ranges. Since this set of graphics list individual product names, you will want to filter to specific product groupings and use the zoom bar to the left of the graphic.

The pivot table at the bottom of the dashboard lists the data that supports the KPIs and graphics. The values here are as of the review date that you choose in the filters. You are able to interact with the pivot table by adding and removing fields - do this by right clicking in the header area and choose add or remove field.

Any of the data tables can be exported to work with the data outside the dashboard. Do this by clicking on the 3 dots at the top right corner of the widget, choose Download and export an image or file.  The recommended file type for a spreadsheet is CSV.
