ITEM LIST COLUMN COPY
Copy an entire column in the Item List screen with two just two clicks! Useful for importing into reports without exporting an excel file first.
Right-click the column header and choose Copy to capture the data of an entire column.
Multi-Select rows, right-click the column header and choose Copy to capture the column data of selected rows.
QUICK ACCESS MENU IMPROVEMENTS
Note: The first time the Quick Access Menu loads on a single machine with new or updated data, it make take up to a minute. This is a known concern and will be improved in the next release.
Per Store or Store Group Menus - The Quick Access Management tool allows you to have multiple menus that are associated with select stores. A default menu can be copied and replicated for a differing group of stores with different categories and items added to each. Especially useful for regional stores or locations that offer different items or services.
Menu Editing - Added ability to edit menu names and descriptions after creation using Edit Menu button in menu list interface.
Category Management - Categories can now have identical names within the same menu. Useful if you add a "Holiday" category and cannot see last year's pre-existing category of the same name.
Date Validation - Added validation to prevent End Date from preceding Start Date. Applies to all item and category Add/Edit forms.
Show Expired - Improved "Show Expired" control - converted to checkbox with dynamic count display.
UPC Display - Now displays full 12-14 digit UPCs.
Price Code Display - Price codes were hidden from the list for cleaner interface.
FIND SPECIAL ORDERS
Improved column widths in Find Special Order screen for better information display. Previously the customer information and prices would often be visually cut off.
FS MOBILE MACHINE VISIBILITY
Added machine-level setting to control visibility in FSM device selection popup. This is helpful if your location has a lengthy list of devices and many of them will not access FieldStack Mobile. A reduced list reduces selection errors.
By default, this is set to true. Ask your administrator or FieldStack, if there are devices you would like to hide form the list.
