Managing Web Store Logos

Modified on Wed, 15 Apr at 4:27 PM

Overview

You can upload and manage your web store's logos directly from the FieldStack application without editing any source code. This includes the main logo that appears on your web store header and any variants for desktop and mobile views.

Edit Web Logos can be accessed in Marketplaces > Edit Web Logos.

Logo Sizes

Logos are uploaded in two sizes:

  • Large - used on the desktop version of your web store
  • Small - used on the mobile version of your web store

You can upload the same image for both sizes and they'll scale appropriately, or upload different versions optimized for each.

Adding a New Logo

  1. Click New Logo
  2. Select the logo size (Large or Small)
  3. Click Load Image and select the image file from your computer
  4. Enter a Resource Name - a short code name that identifies this logo (e.g., "logo.2025.circle"). The full resource name will be prefixed automatically (e.g., CustomerLogo.Large.logo.2025.circle)
  5. Check Is Active if you want this logo to be the one currently displayed on the web store
  6. Click Save

Only one logo can be active per size at a time. Setting a new logo as Active will automatically deactivate any previously active logo of that size.

Editing or Replacing a Logo

  1. Select an existing logo from the list
  2. Click Edit Value
  3. From here you can:
    • Click Load Image to replace the logo image
    • Toggle Is Active to activate or deactivate the logo
    • Click Delete to permanently remove the logo
  4. Click Save

Publishing Changes

After adding, editing, or deactivating logos, click Publish Changes at the bottom left to push your changes to the web store. The button shows a count of unpublished changes in parentheses, e.g., "Publish Changes (3)."

Applying Changes to the Web Store

After publishing, flush the Settings cache on the Web Store Administration Page to make the new logos visible to customers. If changes still don't appear, use Flush All to clear all caches.
