FREE SHIPPING INDICATOR
A Free Shipping Indicator has been introduced which helps customer visibility.
Action Required: There is a back end Web Store setting to enable this. Please ask your Account Manager if you would like this enabled.
The indicator itself is coded with CSS and can be altered to use your chosen colors.
When the threshold has been reached, the customer will see that they have qualified:
CURBSIDE/BOPIS AND E-DELIVERY ITEMS DO NOT APPLY TO FREE SHIPPING
If a customer’s cart contains multiple fulfillment methods across items, (BOPIS/E-Delivery/Same Day Delivery/Shipping) only items that will be shipped, apply to a Free Shipping Threshold.The free shpping threshold has been changed to ignore items added to the cart as BOPIS or e-delivery (gift cards/donations.) Only items that will be shipped by a carrier will be included.
This may lead to questions from customers who have mixed fulfillment items in their cart.
If you have marketing materials that call out the free shipping threshold, you may want to add text denoting that BOPIS and E-Delivery items are not eligible.
If you would like to change other areas of the webstore to reflect this, many of the text strings are editable and could be altered to display a clear message. If you would like help altering some areas of your web store, please contact your Account Manager.
PASSWORD VISIBILITY
Show and Hide toggles have been added to the Password fields in the Customer Account area.
AUTO SHIP DELIVERY BY DAYS
The Auto Ship delivery cadence dropdown now includes a Day(s) selection. This allows customers to choose recurrences other than weekly or monthly.
reCAPTCHA ADDED TO NEW PAYMENT METHOD ENTRY
CHECK-OUT COMPLETE
In Web Store Content Management, a system-level content block has been added which allows customer information to be featured on the Check-Out Complete page. This HTML block allows administrators to include information about sales, employment, custom images, or anything that might be useful after a customer has completed their purchase.
TIP UPDATE REASON
When updating a tip value, the customer can select from a number of defined reasons.
SAME DAY DELIVERY TAB
An SDD tab has been added to the customer Orders page.
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
Tax Holidays – A backend setting has been introduced to accommodate state-based tax exempt sales. If you need this enabled across some of your stores for a certain time period, contact Client Success.
Same Day Delivery Pause – Administrators have the ability to pause and unpause Same Day Delivery by store location.
Turnstile Captcha – With an existing Turnstile account, this can be enabled to replace reCAPTCHA.
BUG FIXES
- E-Gift cards can no longer be ordered for local delivery or BOPIS.
- After the purchase of a Frozen item, that item could be set up for Atu Ship for shipping. Recurring Shipping can no longer be selected on items specifically set to not ship.
- Saved for Later will no longer allow the same item to be added twice.
- Saved for Later – When an item went to zero quantity on hand, it would sometimes affect the page view of the list and cause those items to be hidden or excluded.
- E-delivery items no longer require a Same Day Delivery verified address to enable purchase.
- Shipping surcharge line corrected on emailed receipts.
- When switching between stores for BOPIS, the tip amount would be removed from the item summary but would remain in the order total. This has been rectified.
- Pre-order BOPIS messaging would become grouped even though items had differing expected pick up dates.
