The Amazon Manual Listing Tool allows you to manually list items on Amazon and have orders flow through the FieldStack Marketplace Fulfillment system.
Note: This tool should not be used for Books and Media, as shipping rates for those categories are set by Amazon. This tool also assumes Free Shipping, Amazon does not allow shipping to be set at the individual item listing level.
Where to Find It
On the Item Listing screen, find the item you want to list, right-click and choose Add Item to Amazon.

If the "Add Item to Amazon" option is greyed out, it means either your user account doesn't have the required permissions, or your store is not configured for Amazon Marketplace. Contact your administrator or FieldStack Support for access.
Finding an ASIN
FieldStack has many items already mapped to Amazon ASINs. When you open the tool, it will automatically attempt to match the item by UPC.
- If a match is found - the ASIN is locked in and you can proceed with listing details.
- If no match is found - you'll see an "ASIN Required" message. Click Find ASIN to search Amazon by UPC. If that doesn't return a result, find the item on Amazon's website, copy the ASIN, and paste it into the field.
Once an ASIN is matched, it cannot be changed from this screen. If you believe an item is matched to the wrong ASIN, contact FieldStack Support.

Pricing
The tool displays two sets of reference pricing to help you set your listing price:
- Historical Pricing - the last pricing FieldStack recorded during its normal polling process
- Amazon Pricing - the current live pricing, checked when you open the tool
Comparing both can help you gauge how volatile an item's pricing is.

You'll then set two prices:
- Initial Listing Price - the price your item will be listed at when it goes live. Cannot be lower than your Lowest Price to Sell.
- Lowest Price to Sell - your floor price. FieldStack will attempt to keep you competitive as the lowest-priced seller, but will never drop below this amount.

Quantity and Shipping
- Quantity to Hold - if you don't want FieldStack to sell all of your inventory on Amazon, enter how many units to hold back. This is set per store.
- Shipping - enter the shipping cost you want factored into your price. The item will be listed with Free Shipping, and this amount is added to the item's listing price.

Stores to List
Any stores configured to sell on Amazon Marketplace will appear as options. If you don't see the store you want to list from, contact FieldStack Support.

Viewing Your Listings
To view all your manual Amazon listings, go to the Listings tab and click Load Manual Listings. Right-click on any listing to view its details.

This should not be used for Books and Media as shipping rates are set by Amazon.
This functionality utilizes your Amazon "migrated" shipping template and assumes Free Shipping. Amazon does not allow shipping to be set at the item listing level.
The Amazon Manual Listing tool allows you manually list items on Amazon and have orders flow through the FieldStack Marketplace Fulfillment system.
The functionality is accessed on the Item Listing Screen. Find the item you want to list, Right-Click and choose Add Item to Amazon

Unmatched ASIN Flow
FieldStack has many items already mapped to Amazon ASINs. If we do not, you will see a message saying ASIN Required. The first thing to try is the Find ASIN button, which will search Amazon for the UPC and attempt to find a match. If that doesn't work, you can try to find the item on the Amazon Website and paste the ASIN here. At that point you will be able to continue.

Matched ASIN
Once an ASIN is matched, it's locked. If you believe an item is matched incorrectly, please contact client success.
FieldStack monitors pricing on many products. There are two pricing boxes that appear:
- Historical Pricing: This is the last pricing FieldStack found during it's normal polling process
- Amazon Pricing: This is the current pricing...the system checks when you open up the item.
Knowing both prices may help you determine the volatility of the items pricing.
- Initial Listing Price: This is the price that your items will be listed at when it goes up
- Lowest Price to Sell: This is your bottom line price. FieldStack will attempt to have you be the lowest price on your items, but will not drop you price below this.
- Quantity to Hold: FieldStack allows you to sell a quantity greater than 1, but if you don't want FieldStack to sell all of your inventory, enter how many you want to hold back. This is a per-store setting.
- Shipping: This is the shipping fee you want factored into your price. All Items will list with Free Shipping, this amount will be added to your item's price.
- Stores to List. Any stores setup to sell on Amazon Marketplace will be available to choose from. If you don't see the store you want to list from in the list, please contact client success.

Current Listings
