FieldStack Version 10.11

Modified on Thu, 22 Jun, 2023 at 9:04 AM

New Features

  • Search by Multiple Item Codes - New option in advanced Item Search to paste in a list of internal item codes and search based on that.

  • In Box/Case Quantity now displayed on Item Listing form

Improvements

  • BCR Horizontal Scrolling - BCR reports now support scrolling if the columns don't fit on the user's screen.  Previously, columns would size down to all fit, making much of the data unreadable without resizing the columns.
  • Invoice Entry - After searching for and finding the PO to enter the invoice for, the cursor now jumps to the first field, Vendor Invoice #.  Previously you had to click on that field to start entering in data.
  • Grid Ordering (G Screen) - UPC is now always included next to item name
  • Item List->Buying Tab - The Vendor name on the buying tab would sometimes get cut off, both front and end characters.  It now truncates the last characters and there is a tool tip/hover that shows the full vendor name.
  • Marketplace Packing Slips - Change the Pickup or Delivered barcode from Code 39 to Code 128.  Code 128 allows for more data and is easier for the bar code scanners to read.
  • Split Labels Updates
    • Only 1 item per split label
    • Relocate item number under bar code
    • Added a "Cases Received" value
    • Fixed right edge cutoff
    • Enough room for a second line of locations (support for up to 38 locations)
    • Enough room for 14 digit GTIN
  • Point of Sale - The text of the Add Serial # button can be customized by location.  The maximum length of text is 8 characters.  Configuration Manager->Pick Location -> Add button Text.

Bug Fixes

  • Self-Checkout didn't show the original price with strikethrough when an item was on sale.
  • Coupon Editing - If user had set a stack order when creating the coupon, it would set back to None when you went into edit the coupon forcing the user to reset it to the desired level.  It now populates correctly when editing.
  • Grid Ordering - When editing unreceived crossdocks, the warehouse quantity would not reflect the already allocated quantities.
  • Grid Ordering - When editing a crossdock for unreceived items, user could not change the value to 0.
  • Split labels - If an item had an order case quantity of 0, reprinting a split label would crash FieldStack.
