New Features

Bulk Link Cases/Cans: A new standalone form of the same name links many cases and cans at once. An excel file with three columns: Case UPC, Can UPC, and Units Per Case, can be imported to link case and can items together while inserting the case quantity of the each at the same time.

Search by tracking number: Find orders in Marketplace Center by their tracking number.

Improvements

Faster reports and nightly processing: Several reports, screens and overnight jobs now run noticeably faster. These include the Promotion Management sales rollup, the Coupon Usage Tracking, Manufacturer Sales and Wrong Price Charged reports, the cycle count detail list, the purchase order list, transaction lookup by UPC, and ship-date estimates.

Return from Receipt: Any clerk can now process a return from a receipt without special permissions. Return quantities and weights are capped at what was on the original receipt.

Return reasons: Customer returns now have a reason dropdown for non-resellable items, which makes the return flow simpler. This is informed by Return Reason List in Configuration Management. When the list has reasons (separated by commas) they will appear as a dropdown during a return. If multiple non-resellable items are returned using Return From Receipt, the pop up will walk the clerk through each item being returned.

Receiving invoice-based POs: Qty Left on the Receive screen is now based on the shipped quantity (according to EDI 856 data) instead of the original ordered quantity. This also matches the Missing & Extra report. This means the Qty Left could be less than the Qty Ordered before Receiving begins.

Shipping: Package dimensions are now sent with USPS label and rate requests, which makes rates more accurate.

In the near future, Shipping Methods that require dimensions will lead the clerk through the process during scan out in Marketplace Mode.

Warehouse Split labels: The UPC barcode prints taller, so it scans more easily.

Fixes

• The Variances column in Cycle Count Management now sorts by number (previously alphanumeric).
• The Find and Edit Special Order screens no longer cut off at the edges on laptop screens.
• Add Credit to Multiple Cards now works when you select a single card.
• Order-level customer service adjustments now post correctly after a scan-out is undone. 
• POS mode banners hide on their own again, and their display glitches are fixed.
