New Features

  • Receive: Stage All
    From locations without warehouse bins (stores), users can select Stage All to stage all items in an order or transfer into a batch list. The batch list can be edited, received on the mobile device, suspended (paused), and/or brought up in POS Receive Mode (in order to verify cost, change the quantities, or remove items while referencing an invoice or packing slip.)
    1.  ACTION REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE: 
      This is controlled by a Location Setting which mirrors POS functionality:


  • Send: Create Transfer
    Replicating the functions of the POS Send screen, locations without warehouse bins can select Create Transfer when in Send Mode. This will bring up a list of destination locations the user can choose from. This creates a tightly-bound purchase order transfer. The items and quantities leaving the sending location will be expected by the receiving location. The receiving location can use this PO number and receive the items by scanning them or by using the Stage All feature. 


    •  ACTION REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE:   
      This is controlled by a Machine Setting Store Transfer Quick Access Enabled:



  • Remove short picks and zero picks from transfers after processing
    In a Warehouse location, when picking items using Pick by Zone, Pick by PO, or Clustered pick, if a user changes the pick quantity to zero or a number less than the original quantity to pick and taps Process, the remaining unpicked quantity for that item will be removed from the store transfer and no longer show on order for the destination location.

    2. If an item is short picked, it will be removed from the pick on FieldStack Mobile
    3. The send line from the warehouse to store on the transfer PO will be expired “yesterday”
    4. The order line for the store from the warehouse will be expired “yesterday”
    5. Short picked items will appear on the Zone Pick Variance report, if utilized

Improvements

  • Inventory Adjust Reduce Clicks – Previously it required 6 steps (including scanning) to update an item’s quantity from within a store. This has been reduced to 4 steps:
  1. Scan item
  2. Tap pencil icon near Inventory
  3. Enter new quantity
  4. Tap Save
    1. Save returns you to the primary item lookup screen with focus in the Scan/Search box

  • Current (Sale) Price – Item Lookup screen in stores will now show Shelf Price and Current Price. If an item is actively on sale, that price will show in Current Price. A warehouse will still show only Shelf Price. In the example below a store can see that this item normally sells for $59.99 but is currently on sale for $40.00:

  • Open PO list added to Pick Mode (stores) - View Open POs can be accessed from the overflow menu and allows a user to see open Picks that need to be processed to go to other locations.


  • Case Size added to Put Away screen

  • App Bar Color – The basic color of the application top control bar is a back end setting that can be changed by FieldStack.

Bug Fixes

  • Receive Mode Improvement - Fixed a bug where users could a receive new item before the previous item was processed, causing a duplicate entry of the previously received item.

  • Put Away: clear bin & qty - If you scan an item, add bin location and qty , then decide not to put away that item and instead move on to a subsequent item, scanning the barcode of the new item will clear the bin location and qty previously entered. Previously the bin location and qty fields would remain filled in.

  • Clerk Permissions – Changes to Clerk permissions will allow them to View Product Group from Item Lookup. Previously this caused an error.
