BUG FIXES
Point of Sale – Alt + F was pulling up item search instead of applying the Buyer Award on a selected line item in a sale. This has been fixed.
Point of Sale > Search Invoices – When scrolling through transactions in Search Invoices on new POS, the transaction details would not refresh or fill in until the transaction row was clicked or tapped. Details will now fill in as a user scrolls.
Marketplace Orders – Tracking Numbers would sometimes not get recorded on an order or would get overwritten. Going forward all Tracking IDs should save on the item lines in the order.
Store Group – If a user with non-manager/admin permissions changed the store group, they could encounter error pop ups when doing many actions. This has been fixed so that if they change the store group, they can move forward with normal functions.
Marketplace Buy Postage – There were scenarios where altering an order during Postage Select would default the order to Curbside shipping and print a Curbside label instead of a shipping label. This was caused when the weight was altered which could sometimes default the Carrier and Class to internal settings.
Label Printing: Consolidated Orders – When receiving a large consolidated order with hundreds or thousands of pieces, a timeout would sometimes occur. This would cause large amounts of blank labels to print. The window or time has been increased to sidestep this timeout error and fix the label printing issue that would occur.
Points – Refunds to an online purchase that was bought with points and credit card would sometimes refund the customer with double points. This has been fixed and will not happen going forward.
E-gift Card Item Customizations tab – In some versions of the FieldStack Application, the item Customers tab was missing on items that had customizations such as E-gift cards. This tab will appear for all items that have this feature.
E-gift Card Resend Electronic button – The button to Resend the notification on E-gift cards has been re-established.
