Returns a list of special orders that have arrived but the customer hasn't picked up. Use this to call customers about their items or close the order and put the item on the regular sales floor. Can also show recently completed special orders.

Report columns:
- Name - Customer name
- Phone - Customer phone number
- Customer Code - Customer account code
- Item Name - Item name and description
- UPC - The item's barcode/UPC
- Config - Extended Configuration description
- Arrival Date - Date the special order item arrived at the store
- Completed - Date the special order was completed/picked up (only shows when viewing completed orders)
- Details - Special order notes/details entered at time of creation
- Store - Store name
- Days - Number of days since the item arrived
- Hold - "!" indicates an in-store hold (item arrived same day as order — typically a shorter hold window than a special order)
