Special Order Clean Out lists special orders that have arrived in the store but haven't been picked up yet. Use it as a call list to follow up with customers, or to close out stale orders and move the merchandise to the sales floor. Adjust Days Back to filter the list by how long orders have been waiting, and check Show Completed to instead view orders that were recently picked up.

Note: The report shows orders for the stores in your current store group.
Controls
Days Back Field
This filters the list by how long orders have been waiting. For example, set it to 14 and you'll see special orders that have been waiting more than two weeks.
There are two kinds of items on the list, and in-store holds are given half the wait time of regular special orders. So with Days Back set to 14:
- Regular special orders appear after 14 days
- In-store holds appear after 7 days
Holds are flagged with an ! in the Hold column so you can spot them at a glance.
"Days Back" applies to regular special orders, but in-store holds (marked !) appear after half that many days. Example: Days Back = 14 → special orders show after 14 days, holds after 7.
Show Completed Checkbox
- Unchecked - shows orders still waiting to be picked up (an active to-do list).
- Checked - flips the view to show orders that have recently been completed (picked up) within that same time window. Useful for a look back at what's been cleared.
