Changing Receipt Header or Footer on a Single POS Machine
On a single machine in a location, a custom Receipt Header or Footer can be entered in the machine's Settings.
The Header will print below your logo, the footer will print below the transaction info and customer info.
Click on the Settings icon, then click Settings.

Add your text to the Receipt Header: box, then click Okay.
This will save your message which will print on receipts.

Changing Receipt Header or Footer on Multiple POS Machines
To change the Receipt Header and/or Footer on multiple machines go to Options > Configuration Management. You will need to have Owner/Operator or general admin permissions to access this tab and form.

Within the device list in the left pane, select the store you wish to change, and click the arrow to expand the list.
Select your first machine and type "receipt" into the Filter field to narrow the configuration list.
Type directly into the Header and/or Footer fields to change the messages.
Click Save Machine Settings.
To change additional machines in this location copy your text, select the next register in the list, paste the text into the field and click Save.

Note: Some portions of receipt headers and footers such as loyalty information are not configured through the application. Please reach out to FieldStack Support for assistance!
