If an entry of 12 to 14 numerals (a UPC) is entered in the search box followed by a return, and no results are found, a red line item will be added to the transaction that reads “Scan Error. Either rescan or manually capture this item again.” If the Credit Card, Cash, or Check buttons are tapped, a pop-up will alert the clerk that one or more items in the transaction need to be removed and/or fixed to continue.
SEARCH INVOICES: RIGHT CLICK TO COPY
Right-click has been added to allow the UPC to be copied from item lines in Search Invoices screen. Long tap also highlights a UPC to allow CTRL+C to be used.
TIP & COMMISSION FEATURE
A tip and commission feature has been added for products that include the commission attribute.
EDIT CUSTOMER > HISTORY: VIEW RECEIPT
Improvements have been made to the View Receipt feature on the Customer History view. A merchant and customer toggle allows the clerk to see the footer information that replicates what a customer would see on their receipt.
EMAIL VERIFICATION: "NAG" FEATURE
Highlighting has been applied to the New POS – This applies the coloring to customers who have an email address but are NOT web active and 180 days have passed without verification.
OFFICE APPLICATION CHANGES
ITEM LIST > QoH TAB: LAST SOLD COLUMN
A Last Sold column has been added to column chooser in Item List > QoH tab.
ITEM LIST > BUYING TAB: FILTER LOCATIONS
Ability to filter and select within Buying Tab columns. This enables a buyer to reduce the store list before entering values.
WYSIWYG IMPROVEMENT
WYSIWYG editor has been altered to show line numbers in Raw HTML view.
REPLENISHMENT GRID
- The focused cell is now highlighted.
- Tabbing is consistent within rows, and item to item when the end of the row is reached.
CROSSDOCK GRID
- Item Code removed; replaced with Item Number Extended.
- User can clear splits.
- If order has been received in full, all items line will lock to prevent further allocation.
BUG FIXES
Label Printing VS. Large Consolidated Orders - Transaction timeout has been modified to stop blank labels from printing when large orders are processed using the order Consolidation method.
Marketplace: Resend Electronic - When managing customer service on an e-Gift Card, the Resend Electronic button has been fixed and will overtake the Lost/Damaged button on items that are not physical units.
Buyback Switching - Can no longer change from buyback mode to Receive/Send or Relabel with items still in a buyback transaction. If attempted, a dialog will ask you to clear the active transaction items.
