Added Category and Product Source Group

New Column Options on Item Listing Screen 

• LW column to show last week's chainwide sales for the item.
• Warehouse Staging Location 2 QOH - Option for ST2 QOH to be added from Item Listing Column chooser.

Special Order Price Promised-Allow selling for more than current price

Previously if "Price Promised" was higher than the current price it would sell for the current price.  There is new company level setting that will for price promised to be used regardless of current selling price, meaning price promised may be higher than the current selling price.

Action Required:

If you would like to utilize this setting, you must update the company setting Use Special Order "Priced Promised" Override to True

Ability to remove Note/Serial # button from Send and Receive modes

For clients using tight order binding, if an associate added a note or serial number in receive and send modes, it would impact the tight order binding.  The improvement gives clients the option to remove that button from Send and Receive modes.

Action Required:

If you would like to utilize this setting, you must update the company setting the Add Note/Add Serial # Button Visible on Send and Receive Modes to False

Receive: Stage All

On FieldStack Mobile and the FieldStack POS application, Using Stage All when receiving transfers from another store will display the quantity actually sent by the sending location. Previously it would maintain the original order quantity regardless of what the store picked and the quantity may have to be edited depending on what had physically arrived.

Manually edited Delivery Date on Orders must be prior to Shipped or Picked Date & Time

If a delivery date needs to be manually added or updated by a user in Marketplace Mode, the form that allows for this will block the update if the date & time are before the Shipping date/time (or the Picked date/time if no shipping info exists) if a delivery date was not already set.

The user will need to set a time as  well as a date to ensure the date/time occurs after the item was picked.

Replenishment Grid Improvements

• For readability, if On Hand an Available are the same quantity, it will be displayed as a single number with no parenthesis.
• When the grid is launched, the Vendor Case quantity will be displayed for the first item in the grid (along with other item information) even if that item has not been highlighted.

Bug Fixes

• If computer went offline while the closing drawer count was saving, it could cause incorrect values to be stored.
• BOPIS and Local Delivery Marketplace Labels would print Client Name name twice on return address.
• Emailed receipt footers were not honoring line breaks.  The line breaks and formatting of emailed receipt now matches printed receipts.
• FieldStack footer would sometimes hide the Store Group.  We set a maximum length for the server name on the far left to leave room for other items.

Other

• Webview2 Installation - We're modernizing parts of our application with a new Microsoft Edge WebView2 dependency, which most computers already have, but if not, it will install quietly in the background.
