BARCODE EDITING

The ellipsis menu has been removed from the Primary reference in the barcode list.

This means a user cannot delete the primary reference.

If the Primary needs to be removed, a user should set another barcode as Primary, then delete the initial reference.

This keeps a user from deleting the Primary barcode.

MAINTAIN USER SESSION: Batch Lists 

On FS Mobile, if a user is working on a batch list of items to send or receive and needs to walk away, or a timeout occurs, or the user mistakenly refreshes the page they are on, the batch list will be eradicated.

The following modes have been updated to save the list, which can be accessed later:

Receive in stores – If timed out, selecting the PO that was started will return the list of items already scanned

Send: Create Store Transfer – If timed out or refreshed, selecting the same store in the Create Transfer list will return the list of items already scanned

Send > Open Reasons - If timed out or refreshed, selecting the same send reason from the reasons list will return the list of items already scanned

Relabel Mode - If timed out or refreshed, resuming Relabel mode will display the list of items already scanned.

BIN LIST: LAST RECEIVED DATE

In Item Lookup and Put Away Mode, the list of bins will sort by Last Received Date descending. A tappable arrow icon allows this list to be sorted in ascending order.

INVENTORY ADJUST REFERENCE: Changed to Missing/Found

Previously, Inventory Adjustments done through increasing or decreasing an item’s inventory without using Send or Receive Modes would show up in transactions and accounting extract under Cycle Count Adjustments. These references have been changed and will push to the Missing/Found open Purchase Order and be accounted for in the same manor as other items processed under that reason.

PICK MODE & MARKEPTLACE PICK: Sorting Change

Pick Mode and Marketplace Picks have been altered to sort items in the following way:

Warehouse: Sorts by Zone, then Bin, then Item Number extended, then extended name (sometimes color), then Size by decimal value.

Stores: Sorts by Category, then Extended Category, then Item Number extended, then extended name (sometimes color), then Size by decimal value.

Note: If Extended name differs (e.g. ‘Brown-M’ vs. ‘Brown-L’), the size sorting will not function as expected. Future development will address this.

PUT AWAY & SEND > BIN TO BIN: Focus to Bin Code after Barcode scan

Put Away mode has been improved to help the user complete the task with minimal touches. After a barcode is scanned, the item details will come up with the cursor within the Bin Code field. This allows the bin code to be scanned directly after the item.

After the bin code is scanned, the cursor will land in the Qty field and the user can immediately update the quantity.

RECEIVE MODE IN STORES

Receive mode has been altered in locations without bins to stack small item cards in the same way Send: Create Transfer has been for some time. This allows a user to stay on a single page and edit quantities in line and see the items populate one by one. Tapping Details on any single item will show more information about that item and allow other edits to be made if permissions are in place.

BUG FIXES

Edit Barcodes 

Previously, an incorrect UPC could be saved on FieldStack mobile and set as primary.

This could result in the poorly formatted UPC not being saved in the reference codes.

The results was that the item could not be searched by the primary UPC and split label barcode was unreadable.

A validator has been added which will not allow incorrectly formatted UPCs to be set as primary.

Ladder/Lift/Pick All – In locations without bins, the Ladder/Lift toggle and Pick All selector are hidden; all items will show by default.
