IMPROVEMENTS
WAREHOUSE 4X6 SPLIT LABLES
This alteration is dependent on 11.8 in the FS Application.
When manual pricing is involved, it’s important for the person pricing to accurately price items. For this reason, we have doubled the font size of the price printed on the labels.
PREVENT PAGE REFRESH ON OVERSCROLL
If a user mistakenly or purposefully drags the screen downward, the page will not longer refresh. This standard browser feature has been blocked to prevent a user from losing any work or requiring them to reselect an in-progress Receive, Send, or Pick item list.
Note: If connection is lost while Receiving or Sending items using a batch list, that progress will be saved and can be returned to. Picked items process in real time; a pick list can be re-accessed at any time.
PICK – NONE BUTTON ADDED
When picking Store-to-store transfers, Pick by Zone, Pick by PO, or Clustered Picks, a user can tap the None button to process items that cannot be found or accessed while picking. The none button will mimic the barcode scan - thus unlocking the Process button - as well as change pick quantities to zero.
STORE-TO-STORE TRANSFERS: UPDATE DESTINATION STORE ORDER QUANTITY
When receiving items on a purchase order that reflects a transfer from another store, the receiving store quantity will reflect the quantity of each item that was sent. This change allows users to Stage All even if the sending store did not pick all quantities of an item or even if the sending store overpicked quantities of an item.
Previously Stage All would reflect the original order quantity and the receiving store would need to edit line items before tapping Receive.
ALLOW OR BLOCK OPTION TO "RECEIVE FOR A DIFFERENT STORE?"
FS Mobile allows a location to receive items into another location when the exact Purchase Order is inputted in Receive Mode. Inputting the Purchase Order for another store will launch a Modal.
Action Required
Location Setting: “FSM allow receive for different store?”
Default: True
This is defaulted to True in current systems. If you would like to turn this off, it can be changed within Location settings by an Administrator or contact FieldStack Support.
DUPLICATE PURCHASE ORDER ALERT
If the entered purchase order number has multiple matches in the purchase order list, the device will display all of them, and the user must select one to proceed.
INVENTORY ADJUST (WITHIN A STORE) – AUTOFOCUS TO SEARCH FIELD
After the Inventory of an item is successfully updated from within Item Lookup, the focus will return to the Search box allowing a subsequent item to be immediately scanned.
MARKETPLACE PICK - NEW BATCH LIST INTERFACE
Marketplace Pick Mode has a new interface which displays Pickable batches by User Name, Batch Number, date and time of creation, total to pick, and total scanned. Expired batches are also displayed and pickable. Locked batches are displayed but unpickable. A user can toggle between the three types if needed.
This new interface greatly improves clarity for the user.
PICK CARD IMPROVEMENT
Pick Improvement (within a store) – Added on hand/available/Last received/Image
Marketplace Pick Item Card Improvement - Added on hand/available/Last received/Image
ITEM LOOKUP IMPROVEMENT – LAST RECEIVED – TIME ADDED
PUT AWAY IMPROVEMENT – LAST RECEIVED – TIME ADDED
SEND > BIN TO BIN: REMAIN ON FORM
After a SKU is sent out, the user will remain in the Send > Bin to Bin form allowing them to continue with other items. Previously, they would be returned to the main menu.
BUG FIXES
Refresh user login information when moving to another store location - Scanner log in form will not autofill user previous session from a new location. If a user logs into FieldStack Mobile from within a new location, they will need to select the device they are pairing with and printing to. Previously this would default to their last session and would prefill another Store Location if they worked in multiple locations.
Put Away: Session expiration - Session Expiration could occur if Put Away was tapped before the bin number was validated. This should no longer occur.
Send in Stores - Clerks could previously not send more than were on hand. Although this is reasonable, it was not always useful to block this and did not match FS POS functions.
Marketplace Pick - On screen keyboard would only launch on entry of quantity of first item. This has been rectified.
Item Lookup - When searching multiple items in item lookup, long items lists would open in the scroll position of the previous item searched. Item Lookup will now place the user at the top of an item list.
Session Expiration - If a user logged out, was timed out or lost connection, they would need to login again from a FieldStack desktop. This should not be required in theses cases going forward.
