NEW FEATURES & IMPROVEMENTS
NEW POS: SEARCH INVOICES ADDED
A new menu icon has been added to the upper left area of the new POS which overtakes the position of the FieldStack icon. This menu opens up future provisions for the clerk to access additional retail functions. The first access point is Search Invoices, which allows clerks to review past in-store transactions without accessing the Office Application.
Note: This is a phase one addition. When navigating the transaction list using up and down arrows, the [Enter] button will need to be tapped to execute the call for the transaction information.
NEW POS: USE STORE CREDIT BUTTON ADDED
When the POS was redesigned, Use Store Credit could only be seen or selected after any items were added to the transaction screen. This blocked a customer from deciding to cash out their credit if they decided not to use it for store stock (if allowed.) This button will show and can be tapped without any items in the transaction thus replicating legacy functions.
STORE-TO-STORE TRANSFERS:
UPDATE DESTINATION STORE ORDER QUANTITY WITH STAGE ALL BUTTON
When receiving items on a purchase order that reflects a transfer from another store, the Stage All button will automatically adjust the Receive quantity to match the actual quantity the Sending store sent. This change allows users to Stage All even if the sending store did not pick all quantities of an item or even if the sending store overpicked quantities of an item.
Previously, Stage All could sometimes reflect the original order requested quantity (and not the actual Sent quantity) and the receiving store would need to verify/edit line items before tapping Receive.
ORDER LIST: START SELLING DATE ADDED TO COLUMN CHOOSER
Start Selling Date (Release Date) added to Column chooser in order list and Adjust order screens
LICENSE INFORMATION ON CUSTOMER EDIT SCREEN CAN BE HIDDEN
Using a setting, License information can be hidden in License and Additional tab in Edit Customer form. This will change the tab to Additional Info. Information will be hidden; no values will be deleted from existing accounts.

UNUSED DEVICES IN CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT HIDDEN
Devices that have a last seen date greater than 2 years will no longer be shown in the Configuration Management device list. This will also affect the list of devices available to pair with on FS Mobile.
LOCATION & MACHINE SETTINGS HISTORY TAB ADDED TO CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT
After selecting a specific location or device in Configuration Management, a new tab allows you see the setting history of that location or device.
STOP SELL DATE SYNCED ON EACHES & VIRTUAL CASES
If a stop sell date is edited or added to and item that has a paired Virtual Case item, the Stop Sell Date will now stay in sync when changed on the primary item.
NEW POS: FIND CUSTOMER IS NOW A BUTTON
The Find Customer search phrase on the upper right of the new POS looked like a button, but did not function as a button. The area around the customer name has been expanded to be tappable and will now function as a button. Tap it to open the Customer Search list or tap on a selected customer to edit and view their account details.
WAREHOUSE 4X6 SPLIT LABLES
When manual pricing is involved, it’s important for the person pricing to accurately price items. For this reason, we have doubled the font size of the price printed on the labels.
REPLENISHMENT GRID: EXCLUDE WAREHOUSE FROM SUM OF STORE ROWS
The replenishment grid previously included the Warehouse on hand value in the total on hand sum. This was not necessarily helpful; it has been excluded.
BUG FIXES
- FieldStack Mobile log in form (with QR code) will no longer autofill user previous session from within a new location. If a user logs into FS Mobile in a location, they will need to select the device they are pairing with and printing to. Previously this would default to their last session and would prefill another Store Location if they worked in multiple locations.
- Orders Active – Cost in order list and at base of order details did not match. The cost total in the list was pulling from the items primary cost, which was not always accurate. The base of the order details was pulling from the vendor related cost if included. Both will now default to vendor cost and fall back to item cost if vendor cost is empty.
- New POS – Using Change Price > Make Free did not change the item price to $0.00. This has been rectified.
- Editing a promotion by adding or removing items would push the user back to the first promotion in the list after saving the pop-out form. Going forward, the user will remain on the promotion that was edited.
- Promotion Names were duplicating on POS screen when popping up the green alert notification. This has been rectified.
- Paid Out items were not honoring the max currency setting thus limiting input for larger paid out items commonly used for outside financing.
- Tip Cash out form was popping up an error after running the report.
- Ask on Device (CC Device) for phone number entry was not popping up when Associate With Customer was tapped during Special Orders and Holds. If this is enabled at your locations, this should pop up on the CC Reader when tapped from either screen.
- Invoice entry did not always split evenly across items when using Split Adjustment. This was not taking case qty into account. This did not affect the overall invoice total, but the way in which an adjustment such as freight was applied to item costs on the way in.
- Invoice entry grid sizing has been fixed. Button scaling had taken up excessive real estate and reduced the visible item list on some screens.
- In Offline Mode, clerks are no longer able to open the customer edit form.
- WYSIWYG editor would pop up an alert “Failed to Add Image” even when images and associated URLs were saved and correct. This has been rectified.
