Improvements

Return From Receipt 

Return from Receipt now works from any store in the group.  A return no longer has to happen at the same store the sale was rung at. The refund of tax is based the original transaction, not the tax rate at the location of the return, and the item picker flags the origin store so clerks aren't guessing where the transaction was initiated.   

Bug Fixes

Vendor Management Screen - While loading the vendor management screen, the screen could become locked if a selection was attempted in the dropdown before the vendor list loaded. This has been rectified.

Payments - Fixed a refund that could be booked as a duplicate charge. A card-terminal refund that had to be recovered by checking with the gateway could get logged as a charge instead of a credit, doubling the amount owed back on some returns. The recovery path now reads the amount the same way every other payment path already does.   

Login Screen - Minimizing the login screen no longer closes FieldStack. Minimizing the login screen now minimizes the whole app (register included) instead of exiting it outright. Closing it with the X still exits, as before.
