Improvements

Quick Access Menu: SKU tiles now show the current price

Every SKU tile shows the price it rings at for that store - shelf price, or the sale price when one is active - refreshed each time the menu opens, so a price change mid-shift shows without logging out.

Payment Charge-integrity: three more cases now void correctly instead of failing silently

This release extends our charge-integrity fixes to three additional scenarios that could previously leave a payment authorized but unrecorded — deleting a tendered line, cancelling a charge mid-attempt, or a terminal reporting "cancelled" after actually capturing the card. All three now properly void and record the attempt, preventing double charges and phantom captures on cancelled sales.

Pick batch Creation: Ignore Start Sell Date

 Action Required

Webstore Setting: Ignore Item Start Sell Date

Default: False

When set to True: Start Sell Date will be ignored during pick batch creation

Contact your Account Rep to make a change to this setting.

For client's who utilize Start Sell Date as the beginning of a selling season instead of a release date, a new Marketplace Setting allows pick batches to ignore the Start Sell Date so that items ordered online or entered as special order transfers, will be fulfilled when stock is available - not when the Start Sell Date arrives.

Bug Fixes

Cycle count: On Hand VS. Available

With the setting set to true, a cycle count was comparing the counted quantity against the wrong baseline in the desktop Cycle Count interface so an update would exclude holds and online orders and cause inventory to get out of sync. The handheld and desktop are now aligned and will alter inventory based on the applied setting:

Inventory Adjustment Updates On Hand Available

  • If True: In FS Mobile and Desktop, the user is updating the stock on the shelf. Holds, special orders, and stock made unavailable by open online orders are not considered in the count.

  • If False: The user is updating the full inventory of an item. This number should include any units that are held aside along with all units on the sales floor. The variance between On Hand and Available suggests that held units may need to be located.

Third Party delivery orders now show the actual customer name

Third Party delivery orders were sometimes displaying the customer name as "TEST T" in two places (though the order grid always showed it correctly) because the delivery party relays every order through the same masked email address, which had merged all customers onto one shared test account. Both spots now read the name directly off the order instead. This was only an issue with the display in Marketplace Center.
