To replace a customer's physical reward card, you will need the customer's account and a new customer card. Find the customer account and choose to edit it and press the New Card button.

Fill the Replacement Card field by scanning the new customer card. Make sure the card number appears in the field. It may have asterisks (*F1234567*) around it, this is ok.

Press Save to make the new card active. The new card will now be associated with the account.
Note: The customer's original card will still scan. If you edit the customer again and look at the New Card screen, it will show the original code and the replacement card. If the replacement card becomes lost, overwrite the "old" replacement card number with the new replacement card.
