With integrated TSYS terminals, we can now accept credit card signatures directly on the device.
An optional dialog can prompt on the FieldStack screen, showing the signature to the clerk and allowing them to approve, retry, or decline the signature outright.
[Approve] will complete the transaction as normal.
[Retry] has the customer re-sign
[No Match!] should be used if the clerk compares signatures and determines the transaction may be fraudulent. It will void out the current credit card sale.
