    •
    • "% To Hold" is how much to retain in the originally ordered location.

    • "Allocate Evenly" sends an even amount of the items to each store.

  •

Improvements

  • Items added from a similar item (Ctrl + S on the Item Listing Screen) will open in a new Item Listing Tab.

  • Item attributes copied over when adding a similar item (Ctrl + S) can now be altered as soon as the item is created.

  • Acknowledged Invoices can be unacknowledged in Invoice Management.

  • FieldStack usernames can start with numbers or be entirely numeric.
  • The Top Selling Inventory Report filters for items with or without a Start Selling Date.

  • Embargo Date is included in View Item Edit History.
  • A paid deposit can only be removed from the POS by removing the item it was put toward.
  • The Hold All button on the POS screen will place all items on hold at once. This setting can be changed in Configuration Management > Company Settings > Allow Put-All-On-Hold.

  • Multiple orders can be selected at once on the Find Special Order page (Shift + Click or Ctrl + Click).

  • Coupon codes are indexed in Hydra to be easily searchable in the POS.
  • Choosing More Information for an item in the POS shows the item details, including any item variants.

  • For items with previous image uploads, the Update Image button will compare the current image with the image found by FieldStack. This can be found in the Item Listing > Details page.

  • The Item Edit/Entry form remembers the entered information if a warning appears.
  • The Customer Special Orders page has additional columns for store name, customer phone, and customer email.
  • The Customer Special Order screen offers contact options for SMS and email for their configured choices.
  • E-Gift cards are now available right after they’re created.
  • When adding a new item, the default price label type can be added by requesting Support.
  • The Picked-up/Delivered barcode has been removed from Transfer Marketplace packing slips.

  • Machine Info in Configuration Management now includes the computer’s serial number, public IP, MAC address, and time zone.
  • The bin displayed in an item’s Buying tab is the specific bin for the item at its assigned store, instead of just General.

  • Terminology for Up-stocking List and Dot List has been consistently reworded as Up-stocking List.
  • An item’s expiration/kill date can now be changed from the Order History section of Item Listing.

Bug Fixes

  • When editing items on a promotion, the Oldest PP End Date would give an exception saying the date was invalid before giving the user a chance to enter the date.
  • When adding an item to a promotion, the Last Promotion Remembered would be selected even if you were adding an item directly from a different promotion.
  • When adding an item to a promotion, selling an item for more than the normal price would give an error saying it would result in a negative price.
  • Inventory History, opened from the QOH tab on Item Listing Screen, was not properly handling quantities over 32,767.
  • BCR Buttons would not always overlay the legacy report they were supposed to replace.
  • When cancelling a special order that had no customer account attached, it would give the same "no customer" warning that was given when creating a special order without a customer. The warning has been removed.
  • Advanced Item Search didn't work for searches that were less than 7 characters.
  • The Stores Allowed feature in employee setup wasn't properly preventing employees from logging into stores where they didn't have permission.
  • The Version Number was sometimes cut off on login screen. The build number has been removed from the end for a shorter representation of the version (7.0.10.1234 to just 7.0.10).
  • On smaller screens, the Locations Tab within Store Center could get cut off.  A scrollbar has been added for those smaller screens.
  • Text entry errors on the vendor management screen would cause other areas of FieldStack to appear frozen until they were resolved.
  • New and updated Attribute Types weren't immediately available throughout FieldStack due to caching.  Now the cache is reset when a change is made to an attribute.
  • If an order was switched from “not local” to “local” delivery, the delivery instructions were not printed on the packing label.
  • Vendor Order Consolidation Wizard didn't use the custom printed vendor purchase orders.
  • When adding a new customer with an existing phone number, the warning to look through the associated customers didn’t contain any customers.
  • Configuration Manager would often time out when being loaded for the first time.  The timeout threshold has been increased.
  • If items in the Qoh Tab on the Item Listing Screen were sorted, updates to the Average Cost would not update the appropriate location.
  • Completing a large marketplace pick could sometimes timeout.  We've increased the timeout for large batches.

Refactoring

  • The Portion of FieldStack controlling Human Interface Devices (HID) and communicating with Postage Scales has been upgraded to the same .Net Framework version (4.6.2) as the rest of FieldStack.
