Item Lookup Within a Warehouse*

*Location with bins, hereafter referred to as “WH w/Bins”

Tapping on Item Lookup will bring you to a blank screen that requires you to input a UPC or keywords.

UPC will bring you directly to an item. This screen shows:

• Barcode (Primary) (editable/additive within WH w/bins)
• Item name
• Extended Description
• Item Number (pulls from One Stop Order Number)
• Current Price (within Warehouse this will not display a sale price if the item is on sale in stores. Current price in a location with bins will generally display the list price)
• Inner Case Qty (In Box Item Quantity/Editable within WH w/Bins)
• Vendor Case Qty (If Case Size is entered on primary vendor within the buying tab for your location)
• Dimensions (Visibility is controlled by a back end setting)
• Weight (Visibility is controlled by a back end setting) 
• On Order (Active, unexpired orders to vendors)
• Staging (Quantity on hand in Staging that may need to be put away)
• To Be Picked (Shows active to be picked transfers out of Warehouse)
• Inventory by Bin Location (within a warehouse) and last time it was received to that bin location
  1. Quantities within each bin location are editable by clicking the pencil icon
• Image – Primary item image within FieldStack

Item Lookup Within a Store

Tapping on Item Lookup will bring you to a blank screen that requires you to input a UPC or keywords.

UPC will bring you directly to an item. This screen shows:

• UPC
  1. Note the Three dots in upper corner will bring up an overflow menu containing "View Product Group". This will search for all items in the item group: Same name/extended name
  2. Note that the inclusion of the edit icon (pencil) is permission-based and may only show for for buyers, owner-operators and warehouse employees.
• Item name
• Extended description
• Item Number (pulls from One Stop Order Number)
• Shelf Price (list price)
• Current price (if on sale, this will show the sale price)
• Inner Case Qty (In Box Item Quantity) 
  • Edit function is permission-based
• Vendor Case Qty (If Case Size is entered on primary vendor within buying tab for your location)
  • Edit function is permission-based
• Inventory
  • Edit function is permission-based
  • Displays:
    1. On Hand – physical quantity on hand
    2. On Hand available – Qty on-hand minus holds, special orders, pending out-going transfers or pending marketplace orders
       1. With certain permissions (cansend and canreceive) in place, a user can update an item's quantity from this screen. A setting exists called Inventory Adjustment Updates On Hand Available. If set to true, only the available quantity is editable, if false, only the on hand is editable.
          
    3. Last received – last date the item was inventoried through receiving or through a cycle count increase

Keyword Search in Warehouse or Stores

On the item lookup screen a keyword search will bring you to a carded item list with pagination. Click on any item to view that item’s details.
