New Features

• Password Expiration Feature - Force users to change the password regularly.  Warning: Turning this on will force everyone in your company to reset their passwords.  If you'd like to stage it, please contact FieldStack and we can roll it out in phases by setting expiration dates in the future. 
  • Warns user 7 days ahead of time.  They can change password within FieldStack during that time.
  • When warning time has ended, user is forced to change password.
  • New column on Employee screen showing last password change date.
  • Controlled by a company level setting.  By default this is set to 0 (off).  Valid values are between 30 and 365 days.
• EDI Ordering system can now create Bulk and corresponding Call Off orders. 
• Endicia/Stamps.com Upgrade  
  • Re-written to utilize Endicia/Stamps.com newest Rest API. 
  • Ability to use USPS Ground Advantage.
  • This requires each client to signup for latest API. Switching API keys in Shipping setup area to new keys activates functionality...all machines should be updated to 10.19 prior to doing this.
  • Mail Class mappings will likely need to be re-written for each client to get orders mapped to Ground Advantage.

• Grid Ordering Screen - Add function to zero unreceived crossdock items so new numbers can be inputted

• Priority Pick Alert -Currently only shows if the mail class is active.  So if there are pending orders waiting and the store isn't currently doing BOPIS, then the alert goes away.  There is a new setting that will ignore the store's current fulfillment methods and always show pending BOPIS and Local Delivery orders.  FieldStack needs to activate this.
• Marketplace Pick List - Ability to turn off the printing of the Barcode.  Controlled by a location level setting "Show Scannable Barcodes On Marketplace Pick List"
• Fill Price Promised on Holds/Special Orders with Today's Price.  Controlled with a new company level setting.

Bug Fixes

• Point of Sale Customer Search - Searching for customers by phone number didn't return results if you included parenthesis and dashes (e.g. (207)-210-6000).  
• Find Image not working for EANs and GTINs (13 and 14 digits "UPCs")
