When a customer is enrolled in a loyalty program, an alert will appear showing the progress of their last active program. If a customer is enrolled in multiple programs, progress can be viewed by pressing the Loyalty button.

If a program is redeemable, the coupon for the reward will automatically be added to the transaction.

Note: Rewards cannot be redeemed in the same transaction as the purchase that completes the program. The item is only counted toward the program after the sale is complete.
How to Redeem a Loyalty Program
To redeem the loyalty program, scan an eligible item. The item line will have a button to apply the reward amount. Press Apply to use the discount, and the coupon will update with that amount.

If a customer has an eligible reward they don't want to use, you can delete the coupon line for them to redeem later.
