To manage customer loyalty program details, edit the customer and open the Loyalty Program tab. Here you can see the programs a customer has been enrolled in, the purchases for a program, and the program status. You can also add the customer to a program, remove them from a program, or add / remove items from their program.

Programs are highlighted depending on their status:
Color | Description |
Red | Program is started and not redeemable |
Green | Program is redeemable |
White | Program has been redeemed |
Select a program to see its details. To see the items purchased toward the program, click the History button.
Field | Description |
Bought / Buy | How many items the customer has bought / how many items to buy for the program to be redeemable |
Get / Got | How many items can be redeemed / how many items have been redeemed |
How to Manually Enroll a Customer in a Program
To manually enroll a customer in a program, press Add Program. Choose a program from the list and press Add. This feature may be useful for new clients if they are converting from a paper punch card system and store associates are entering in their progress from those punch cards.

How to Manually Add or Remove Items
To manually add items to a customer's program, select a program that isn't redeemable yet and press Add Item. Select the eligible item from the list and choose the quantity of items to add, then press Add This Item.

To manually remove items from a customer's program, select a program that isn't redeemable yet and click "Remove an Item." Select the eligible item from the list and choose the quantity of items to remove, then click "Remove This Item."
How to Cancel a Customer's Loyalty Program
To cancel a customer's loyalty program, select the program and press the Cancel Program button. Redeemed programs cannot be cancelled.
