FieldStack Release Notes 6.18

New Features

• In Marketplace Customer Service, you can now email multiple customers at once.  Do your search in Item View, Multi-Select the items, right click and choose Send Email.
• Webstore Orders that have been cancelled and fully refunded can now have an additional amount refunded if you want to give the customer funds to cover a return shipment or to cover other customer service objectives that could be met by giving the customer more than a full refund.
• In Marketplace Shipping Settings, you now maintain local delivery zip codes.
• SMS Notifications now available for in-store Special Order communications. This must be activated though a 3^rd-party service, and Customer Notifications configured.
• Store and Forward support for credit cards. (Requires setup with TSYS as well as configuration in FS)
• Emailed and EDI vendor orders can now be re-sent from the Find Orders screen.

Improvements

• On Buying Tab on Item Listing screen changed label from Price to Cost for consistency
• When uploading an image in Webstore Content Management or adding an additional Item Image, you are now required to enter "alt text". (This is the text description that appears when hovering the mouse over an image, and is also read by screen reading software. This will help your web store meet ADA  accessibility standards)
• Can customize Store Transfer pull sheets by client
• The Release Goods button on the Store Transfer tab now tightly binds to the store transfers it's sending against.
• Store Transfers processed through Marketplace will now record as a Send instead of a $0 Sale.
• In Webstore Content Management,  you can now specify a Meta-Image on Content and Category pages.  The image specified here will be the image included if someone shares your page.
• Shipping Manifest button added to the Retail tab to allow all users who may need this button to have it available. (This is used to create a scan manifest sheet for USPS packages being picked up by the mail carrier.

Bug Fixes

• Edge case where a vendor cost on Buying tab could be removed if the vendor item record was edited by someone who couldn't see the vendor cost
• On buying tab, with no vendor selected you could still press Edit, which would allow you to edit an empty vendor.
• On reports with Category, Ext Category or Type, once you selected a value other than [none], you couldn't go back a reselect [none].
• BCR Report buttons weren't always populating correctly when switching between users.
