How to Add a Credit Limit

To give a customer a credit limit, edit the customer and open the License and Additional tab. Enter the credit limit amount in the credit limit field and click Save.

Note: only higher permission roles will have access to change the credit limit field.


The credit limit will show under the customer's name in the POS and be available for them to use.

To review customers with credit limits, you can use the following reports:


Customer Credit Accounts: shows all accounts with credit limits and their outstanding balance, and summary of their last purchase and payment.


Customer Credit Report:, shows all customers active in the date range with their current account balance and transactions and payments made in the date range.



How to Remove a Credit Limit


To remove a customer's credit limit, edit the customer and open the License and Additional tab. Change the credit limit field to 0 and save the customer. 


Note: only higher permission roles will have access to change the credit limit field.
