Splitting A Package on the Postage Select Screen

This article will explain how to split the contents of a package into multiple packages using the Postage Select screen.  A video depicting the process can be found at the end of this article.

Splitting a Package - Step by Step Walkthrough:

We’re interested in the “Package List” section of the Postage Selection screen:

Select the package in the Package List that you’d like to split:

That will make its contents appear in the “Package Contents” section of the Postage Select screen:

Select the item you’d like to send in a separate package:

While the item is selected, click the “Move” icon in that row:

From here you can either split the item into a new package or add it to an existing package.

Click “New Package” to start a new package with this item:

Or click the “SELECT” icon of the package in the “Package List” section that you’d like to add the item to:
