Coupons - How to set up a free shipping coupon

Use a coupon for free shipping on online orders.


Create a coupon. In this example, the coupon is in a promotion for online discounts.


Coupon Settings

Fill out the following settings for a manually applied free shipping coupon valid once per customer.

Items

Add Get items and choose the applicable shipping methods. The coupon will apply to orders with the chosen shipping methods.

Note: get quantity is not required for coupons where the shipping method is a get item (since there can only be one). It can be left as the default value.


Bottom of Form Settings

The coupon should be online only. Choose the store group for online orders and set the start and end dates for when the coupon will be available.
