Loyalty programs offer discounts to customers for purchasing specific items. They can be supported by manufacturers for participating customers.
Note: only customers with accounts are eligible for loyalty programs
How to Create a Loyalty Program
Click the "Edit Detailed Loyalty Programs" button under the Customer Tab. This will open a tab to manage loyalty programs, where you can create a new program, edit program details, and add or remove items from the program.

Loyalty programs are listed on the left, with active programs highlighted white and inactive programs highlighted red. Details for the currently selected program are shown on the right.

To create a new program, click the "Create New Program" button and enter the program details. The required fields are denoted with an asterisk (*).

Field | Description |
Program Type | The type of program based on the reward, the types include Buy X or Average Value Note: the available types depend on company settings. |
| Program Name | The name of the program |
| Program Description | The description of the program |
| Start Date | The date the program will become active |
| End Date | The date the program will become inactive |
| Quantity Buy | The quantity of items to buy to earn a reward |
| Quantity Get | The quantity of items rewarded with the program discount |
| Auto Enroll | If checked, customers who buy eligible items will automatically be enrolled in the program. If unchecked, customers would need to be manually enrolled in the program. |
| Redemption Type | How the reward item(s) will be discounted, options include Free and Money Off |
| Amount Off | The dollar amount the redemption item is discounted by, only used with the Money Off redemption type |
| Make Program Case Lot Aware | When checked, eligible box type items are counted individually toward the program |
| Item Redemption Code | How the reward will be denoted when the program is redeemed |
Click "Save New" to create the new program.
How to Add and Remove Items from a Loyalty Program
To add or remove items from a loyalty program, select the loyalty program and click the "Add / Remove Items " button. This will open a window to manage the items.
To add the items, search by UPC or general word search. The item(s) found will show in the bottom grid, select one or multiple of them and click the "Add Items" button to add them to the program.

To remove items, select one or multiple items that are already in the program from the top grid and click the "Remove Items" button.
How to Edit a Loyalty Program
To edit a loyalty program, select the program to edit and update the details on the right. Click "Save Changes" to update the program.
